MTP has made exceptions for Green Text recipients experiencing extenuating circumstances. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of the Chairman or Acting Interim Chairman or his/her designee. For clarity, no exception has been based on want of computer skills. My late grandfather learned to work a VCR.
MTP has adapted to the post-LIV world. And, putting clearly great players in Group C previously diminished the fun.
